OUR POLICY
Bookings
To book an appointment with any of our beauties please either call us at the salon or message any of our instagram pages. All of our girls are self employed and have their own instagram pages. If in doubt please message Victoria @beautyboutiquebyvictoria
Deposits
All new clients wishing to book an appointment with any of our self employed girls will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure the appointment. This will be taken off your bill after you recieve your treatment. This deposit is movable and refundable only if your appointment is moved or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.
Cancelations
We request that you please give us 48 hours notice to rearrange or cancel your appointment. All appointments cancelled or changed without 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment.
Patch tests
All brow or lash tint and LVL lash appointments require you to come for a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please arrange this when booking your appointment. Some hair colour bookings may require a patch test. Please speak to the hairdresser you have booked in with to arrange coming in for a patch test.
